To use Informed Delivery, you’ll need to create a personal account. The service is only available for certain ZIP Codes. If your order was sent through Priority Mail Express, you can ask the Postal Office for the tracking information.

If you have issues with tracking your package and with your overall experience with the U.S. Postal Service, you can always provide feedback.

The USPS Postal Experience Customer Survey allows customers to rate their recent experience with the postal service and leave comments. The survey scale goes from 1-5, with 5 being the best rating. There is also a customer service center where people can go to ask questions or lodge complaints.
