Michael –
We went with NRS for our first POS and were shocked by the hidden recurring costs. This company tends to nickel and dime you, and if you don’t want their OWN advertisements running on the customer facing screen you have to pay a monthly charge that amounts to hundreds of dollars a year. Each little service or add-on also carries a monthly cost. We have decided to move away from this platform after about 1 week in use.

NRS is a con! Too many hidden charges and it’s not all that good of a POS

Worse POS company
The screen freeze in the middle of the transaction at least 10 times a day. For 3 months now they give me a case number and every time I call the told me
When I asked for a supervisor they told me they don’t have a supervisor. No body called me this 3 months to tell me anything
I thing the owner is running this company from his mother’s basement. It deserves -0 stars
