Yes. SkyTab requires a 1-year POS agreement and an approved Shift4 merchant account. Once approved, we schedule installation and training.
Does the SkyTab terminal accept contactless payments like Apple Pay?
It does. The SkyTab workstation has an integrated card reader for EMV chip, magstripe, and NFC contactless (Apple Pay and Google Wallet) right out of the box.
Is tableside ordering with SkyTab Mobile included?
SkyTab Mobile (the handheld for tableside ordering and payments) is an optional add-on for an additional monthly fee. The base kit includes the main workstation, cash drawer, and receipt printer.
Who handles installation, training, and support for SkyTab?
SkyTab’s team handles professional installation and staff training, and provides 24/7/365 support. We coordinate next steps after your Shift4 merchant account is approved.
Can I use my existing processor instead of Shift4?
